More than 2,000 people attended the Global Missions Health Conference in 2008. They represented eight countries and 28 states, and nearly half were students. Each one had a story.

Daniella Frank, a medical student in Michigan, said, "Medical school is draining, and it's easy to lose sight of the goal," she said. "Coming to this conference has encouraged me to continue what I'm doing."
